This is Andy, Julia’s husband. As most of you are aware, Julia passed away in the early morning hours of Wednesday, December 21st.
A longer tribute will come at a less chaotic time. For now, this is what I posted on Facebook yesterday:
Early this morning while peacefully sleeping, my beautiful wife, Julia Bayer, went to be with her Lord. She is now in the fullness of her beauty, present with Jesus, free from pain and suffering. The burden of cancer was very heavy, but it was made lighter by the unceasing support, love and, most of all, prayers of you all. Thank you. And we (her family) are so grateful that we have you all to help us through this difficult time.
