UPDATE – 01/13/18: To clarify, the live stream link below can also be used in perpetuity to watch the recorded video of the memorial service. So please pass this on to others who may want to watch it. It remains unsearchable right now.
Andy again, posting some more info. Excuse the use of the blog to disseminate information – some people don’t have Facebook and only get updates through the blog.
The live stream link is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tErtm1WZm3U. The only way to watch is by using this link – the stream won’t be searchable due Meeting House policy. So pass it on to anybody who may want to watch it, or on social media as you wish. And I do believe you can use the same link to watch the video after the service.
A reminder as to the other details. Service will begin at 2 pm with music/personal prayer & reflection/slideshow starting at 1:30 pm at The Meeting House, Oakville (Oakville Production Site, as they call it). Address is 2700 Bristol Circle, Oakville, ON, L6H 6E1. There will be time for visiting and refreshments after the service, at about 3:30 pm.
All are invited, especially those who are part of the community that followed her blog. I’d love to meet you all and hear your stories. There are so many people who are working hard to put the service together, and I want to thank you all. There are groups from ForestView, Hughson Street Baptist and Cobourg Alliance churches, as well as West Oak Public School, doing music, food, video, ushering, speaking and much more for the service. They are doing it because of their love for Julia and all of us, and I’m so thankful for each one of them.
Please pray that the service will be honouring to Julia, and glorifying to God. See you Saturday.
